Writs & Cures: Forensic medicine plus tackling family estrangement

Writs and Cures is back for 2018 and in our first edition for the year you will meet a real-life Dr Quincy MD in Professor Noel Woodford, the Director of the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine in Melbourne. Noel sheds light on the often secretive world of forensic pathology and discusses how he copes with dealing with death every day at work.

And in Soapbox the team look at some of the myths surrounding family estrangement. We might think “blood is always thicker than water” so families will always stick together. The research shows this is not the case.
