Child health: the poll that asks what parents think

Special guest in this edition of Writs and Cures is Dr Anthea Rhodes, the director of the Australian Child Health Poll. The health poll is a novel approach to healthcare – rather than health policy being directed solely by expert opinion and politics – the health poll aims to include the voice of the people. Every three months the public are polled about specific health questions, and the information used to form health care initiatives. The latest poll looked at attitudes to vaccination. Anthea talks about why we need the poll and how it works.

Soapbox looks at dealing with cyber violence – bullying and trolling. The team discuss the legal and health effects of cyberbullying.
