If you have a question, feel free to ask. It’s mainly meant for clinical questions – like advice and how to get help – but I’ll tackle anything within reason, time permitting. But remember, this is public, so there are a few Do’s and Don’ts!

Do – keep it brief, be general, be direct.

Don’t – give names or break any confidentiality – nothing identifiable. Also, no abuse of other’s ideas. If you disagree, say so, but be nice.

Also – don’t get angry if I cannot respond. I’ll only respond if I have something sensible to say (and if I have time, so please be patient!). And all my advice will be general, not specific to you. If you want specific advice, you need to see a clinician directly. Thanks.

We will keep your email address confidential
